Anxiety often can go hand in hand with ADHD. It's also common for ADHD to be missed due to symptoms of anxiety. We hope these resources can help you.

Anxiety Canada
Anxiety Canada offers resources and information about anxiety in adults. This page includes pages on self help strategies.

Bounceback Ontario
BounceBack is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

Autism Spectrum Resources

A collection of support services that range from individual specialized services, inclusive neighbourhood connections, to supported living.
